Ram Care Program & Eligibility Overview

A: As of June 7, 2024 the Ram Care program, previously applicable to select new Ram vehicle sales in Texas, is discontinued.

Ram Care is a program designed to provide select Ram vehicle owners with exclusive Ram vehicle owner support and a special package of benefits to enhance the ownership experience. Its purpose is to strengthen owners’ connection to the Ram Brand and its dealerships as a means to drive repeat sales, after-sales business and a positive perception of the brand.

A: Discontinuation of the program does not impact our obligation to Ram customers in Texas who purchased on or before 6/7/2024. We will continue to provide Ram Care services to all current program members. Your benefits will continue to be available until all services are utilized or at expiration of the 24-month membership.

A: Ram Care membership benefits include exclusive Ram vehicle owner support, maintenance services*, VIP treatment at Ram Brand events across the country, peace of mind with trip interruption protection*, first-day rental coverage* and a unique web site experience.

Benefits noted with (*) are administered by way of a Mopar Vehicle Protection® (MVP) plan that accompanies the Ram Care membership. MVP plans are 2 years in duration, reflective of the membership term (details to follow). 2-year memberships provide four oil changes and four tire rotations (excludes Dually) to be used over the term of the membership (24 months). Further details on Ram Care benefits can be found later in this document.

A: Select 2017 model year and newer Ram Brand vehicles are eligible for Ram Care.

Membership Enrollment & Details

A: Membership for Ram Care included as part of vehicle purchase begins on the vehicle's in-service date. For those who purchase Ram Care, membership starts on the date of membership purchase.

A: It may take up to 72 hours for an owner's membership in Ram Care to be fully processed and accessible on ramtrucks.com/care.

A: Members who are auto-enrolled will automatically receive select benefits as part of their Ram Care MVP plan. However, all members should be encouraged to create an active a Mopar.com account in order to access the Ram Care portal (ramtrucks.com/care) where they can view their remaining Ram Care maintenance services and see the full list of upcoming Ram Care events. The Ram Care portal can also be accessed within the Mopar.com environment and is supported by a single sign-on process for a seamless experience.

A: For qualifying new vehicle purchases, owners receive membership material within 4-6 weeks of vehicle purchase in their new vehicle owner welcome kit. Members may also receive periodic email communications about the program over time.

Membership – Additional Memberships, Renewals, Refunds

A: Yes. Members can have an unlimited number of memberships so long as they have qualifying vehicles. Each membership is linked to a specific (VIN).

A: Ram Care membership is 2 years for auto-enrolled vehicles and is based on each individual owner’s in-service date plus 2 years. Ram Care memberships are 2 years for Buy-in owners and starts on the date of purchase.

A: If the vehicle is sold, the Ram Care membership for all membership types, along with any unused benefits, is null and void.

A: Members who buy in to the program can get a full refund within 60 days of purchase, so long as no claims have occurred as part of the MVP plan benefits. Members seeking a refund should call the Ram Care contact center for further information. After 60 days, no refund is available. Owners with auto-enroll memberships are not eligible for a refund.

Additional Benefit Details

A: Each 2-year membership provides four oil changes and four tire rotations to be used over the term of the membership (24 months). Ram Care members can go to any U.S. authorized FCA US LLC dealer to redeem these services.

A: The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000/event for lodging, meals and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus or airline for the member and their family if (1) their vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or under the factory warranty and (2) you are more than 100 miles from the address of record. Lodging, meals and emergency transportation receipts must accompany a copy of repair bill and must be mailed to Vehicle Protection, P.O. Box 2700, Troy, Michigan 48007-2700. There is no maximum number of events that can be covered.

A: First Day Rental Allowance provides $35.00 for FCA Brand vehicles if the vehicle is to be serviced for any same day mechanical repair or maintenance service (excluding bodywork). Vehicles kept overnight are not eligible for First Day Rental. Please note: Excludes rental for bodywork to the exterior sheet metal/composite panel or frame collision repairs.

A: Members of the Ram Care program will have access to a set of dedicated representatives who will extend elite customer service and handle any inquiries to Ram Care members who call 1-866-726-4636, or visit their account page at ramtrucks.com/care.

A: Through the Ram Care site, owners can view and select service offers offered by dealers of their choice.

Owner Support

A: If they cannot view the Ram Care link within the Care Menu, the user should first make sure they are logged in at mopar.com/ramtrucks. If the user has just enrolled and logged in, and cannot access their full Ram Care member account page, they should try again after 72 hours to allow for system processing. If the owner's full member account page is still not accessible, the user should contact Ram Care support at 1-866-726-4636.

A: If owners cannot find what they are looking for here, they are encouraged to call their dedicated direct support agent at 1-866-726-4636. They can also learn more at ramtrucks.com/care.

Program Updates

The Ram Care Program Terms and Conditions described herein are updated and effective as of June 7, 2024. FCA US LLC reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the program or certain program offerings at any time without advance notice to you. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, dealer participation, length of membership, program structure, earnings components, earnings amounts, participating merchants and brands, account functionality and site features. Any and all changes to the plan provisions are considered effective immediately and are binding upon all Members immediately.
